Hinged Shutters Aluminium
Hinged shutters add warm, characterful appeal to new builds and renovations alike, and when closed they give your rooms a cosy, cocooning feel. They are also highly valued for security: both the locking and the leaves can be reinforced with metal plates (solid versions only).

They improve the acoustic and thermal performance of your windows while still letting light into your home.
In terms of style, you can configure your shutters exactly the way you like. A very wide choice of shutters and configurations is available: arched or straight, louvred or solid, letting light filter through or blocking it out completely.
You will find the shutters you are looking for in our wide range, which respects the character of every region, whether for a new build or a renovation.
You can choose between two types of hinged shutter:
– Solid hinged shutters: the slats are fixed together for a solid, compact look, with many options for hinges, bars and diagonal braces
– Louvred shutters: the slats are spaced further apart to let air and light through, with three possible positions: open louvres, closed louvres and flush.
The two types can also be combined, for example with a solid lower section and louvres above.
For locking, you have several choices: espagnolette bar or cremone bolt, with or without a lock.
The hinges are adjustable for a flawless installation, with no visible screws on the outside.
We can meet all your requirements: our shutters adapt to every project, and we will advise you on the best options for your needs, such as FOLDING, SLIDING or POCKET SLIDING (galandage) shutters for a full opening, where the shutters disappear into the walls for 100% clear access.
